Revisiting some older photographs, like this Jaguar at Chester Zoo, and experimenting with light colour grading in Lightroom has been an enjoyable experience. I typically focus on making the photograph appear as I saw it through the camera. However, I occasionally enjoy experimenting with different colour grading techniques to change the mood and perception of a photograph. In this image of the Jaguar, I used the Colour Mixer panel to tone down the background, particularly the greens. This approach helped to emphasize the main subject, the Jaguar.
